What happens…

If the recipient is not home to receive the delivery?

If the recipient does not answer the door directly, our courier will first call the recipient on the mobile number provided, (unless you’ve told us not to contact them). If they cannot be reached, they will try first to leave it with a neighbour and then in as safe a place as possible. If your recipient is not there to receive their bunch as they are away (on holiday, for example), we’re afraid we cannot redeliver at a later date.

If my bunch is delivered late?

If your bunch is more than 1 hour later than the time-slot you nominated, let us know and we will give you a 10% discount on your next order. We endeavour to deliver all bunches on time, but sometimes London traffic defeats us – we’re very grateful for your patience in this circumstance!

If the bunch is not the quality I expected?

If your bunch isn’t up to scratch, please tell us straight away and send us a picture to hello@littlebudflowers.com. If the bunch is faulty or damaged we’ll refund you and offer you 10% off your next bunch.

If I want to order for a future week?

As we pick our bunches fresh each week, we won’t yet have the flower mix for future bunches. If you want to order in advance, you can get an idea of the styles of our flowers from past bunches. When placing your order, sign up to our mailing list and you will receive a note with the weekly bunch to be sent out for your order. If you wish to cancel your order please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to orders@littlebudflowers.com

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance as each bunch is made to order. We cannot accept any cancellations placed after midnight the day before the delivery. If you have an account your order can be amended there, otherwise, contact us on orders@littlebudflowers.com

  • We love making our bunches as personal for you as we can! Contact us on hello@littlebudflowers.com and we’ll do what we can to help out.

If I want to redeem a voucher or special offer?

Please create an account at the beginning of your order. You will then be able to enter your code at the checkout before confirming your order.

Where do our flowers come from?

We have a network of growers across the British Isles, some only growing one or two types of flowers, others with large plots of many varieties. Given the wonderful British climate and the whims of mother nature, we can’t get the flowers we’d like year-round. When stocks are low and out of season we get flowers from Fair Trade growers overseas, taking measures to minimise the impact of the freighting as much as possible (for instance using returning empty passenger planes).

How do we deliver?

We use bikes and electric vehicles, our courier offices are powered by solar electricity.
